FAQs

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is unique, all sales are final once the artwork has shipped.

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order or request changes prior to shipping. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to do so.

  • After shipment: Due to the nature of original artwork, I do not accept returns or cancellations once your order has shipped.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can assist you.

Please note: Commissioned pieces have their own specific policies, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the creation process begins.

How long does shipping take?

I typically package and ship artwork within 5 business days. Because I prioritize both my mental and physical health—and that of my family—I appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you need your piece rushed for any reason, feel free to email me directly. I’m happy to explore options when possible.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you choose local pickup, I’ll reach out within 3 business days to coordinate a time and place in the Des Moines, Iowa area that works for us both. I’m happy to find something convenient and easy for you.

Do you ship internationally?

I do not currently ship internationally; however, that may change with time and demand.

Do you accept commissions?

I do accept commissions, but under one condition: full creative freedom. My work is guided by intuition and the unseen—each piece emerges through a process that I will not try to control.

If you feel called to something made just for you, and you're open to trusting the unknown, you're welcome to reach out.

Please note: timelines may vary, as I honor my mental and physical health and the needs of my family first. I appreciate your patience and understanding with this deeply personal process.

Do you offer prints of your work?

Prints are on their way. I'm carefully preparing a selection of pieces to be offered as high-quality reproductions—so more people can live with the energy of the work.

Each of my original pieces is a one-of-a-kind creation, made through a layered, intuitive process. No two are ever the same. To make my work more accessible, I will offer select pieces as prints. These will be clearly marked and always noted in the listing. While the originals remain entirely unique, prints allow the essence of a piece to be shared more widely.

Stay tuned—and feel free to reach out if there's a particular piece you'd love to see in print.
